The aims of this study are
- to investigate the relation between duration of anemia and delirium in a population of older patients with hip fracture
- to examine if the Multidimensional Prognostic Index in this population has the ability to identify the frail patients who need a higher hemoglobin threshold for blood transfusion

Dehydration on admission associated with frailty at discharge in older community dwelling patients with hip fracture
The aim of this study is to investigate if dehydration on admission using osmolarity is associated with frailty based on Multidimensional Prognostic Index (MPI) at discharge in community dwelling older patients with hip fracture.
