Missed nursing care (MNC)

The aims are to 

• translate The MISSCARE questionnaire into Danish and validate it in a Danish hospital setting
• to investigate the prevalence of MNC elements and associated factors for missed care in hospitalized patients in a Danish university hospital perceived by the nursing staff

The use of absorbing incontinence pads in relation to urinary tract infection and frailty in older hospitalised patients 

The aims are to examine whether

• there is an association between absorbent aids use and urinary tract infections at admission
• non-users of absorbent incontinence pads become users during hospitalisation and if this is related to frailty status
