Background: Fractional flow reserve derived from computed tomography angiography (FFRCT) is a non-invasive method for diagnosis of ischemic coronary lesions.

Objectives: To investigate if FFRct correlates to myocardial perfusion (15O-water PET) in patients with recent STEMI.
