Background: ⁸²Rb PET is widely used for measurements of myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). Since images are inherently noisy due to short half-life of ⁸²Rb and the emission of a prompt gamma with the ⁸²Rb positron, high doses of ⁸²Rb are commonly administered.

Objective: To investigate if low dose ⁸²Rb-PET combined with noise reduction techniques can be used for relative and quantitative MPI
