Background: 82Rb PET is widely used for measurements of myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). Since images are inherently noisy due to short half-life of 82Rb and the emission of a prompt gamma with the 82Rb positron, high doses of 82Rb are commonly administered.

Objective: To investigate if low dose 82Rb-PET combined with noise reduction techniques can be used for relative and quantitative MPI
