In this study it is investigated whether the oncoplastic surgical techniques in relation to the treatment of breast cancer has an independent impact on post-operative morbidity and quality of life compared to more conventional breast conserving surgery. In addition, shoulder function and delayed morbidity are assessed in a group of patients who have been operated more than 10 years ago and have previously been involved in similar research project (Husted Madsen).
