The study seeks to describe reproducibility of functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the kidneys in healthy persons. 10 persons age 18 to 40 and 10 persons above 60 years of age are scanned. Each person is scanned 3 times in total.
Furthermore, we want to examine the impact on diffusion of the kidneys caused by stress induced by lying in the scanner. To determine the level of stress, stress markers are taken in a blood sample before and after each scan.
