Using three-dimensional quantitative stereology morphological changes in cartilage and bone is assessed in relation to inflammation.
SKG-arthritis as a model for evaluation of therapies in experimental arthritis with special focus on bone changes has been established. Changes in bone histomorphometry in relation to osteoporosis and other diseases.
