The laboratory investigates the immunological mechanisms in arthritis and other autoimmune diseases. Especially the follicular helper T cells and their interactions have been elucidated.
The laboratory uses biobank material, tissue cultures, animal models, gene and protein technology, and biobank material from human RCT studies. The techniques include flow-cytometry, ELISA, PCR, and tissue cultures. Feel free to contact deleuranlab.au.dk.
