Aarhus International School (AIS) has been accepted as an International Baccalaureate (IB) Candidate school for the Primary Years Programme (3-11 year olds) and the Middle Years Programme (11-16 year olds) with a view to becoming IB authorised in the next 2-4 years.
AIS offers an IB education, with English as the primary instructional language, for students from 3-16 years of age. Everybody is welcome, both international families and Danish families who consider living abroad and/or wish to provide their children with a unique international education.
The school is situated in Højbjerg and is a non-profit organization, supported by Aarhus Municipality, sponsorships from various national and international companies and foundations, and the Ministry of Education.
