-The facilities are clearly improved in the new super-hospital. It is a friendly environment and the rooms are bigger and brighter. Moreover, relatives can also spend the night. It doesn’t get any better, said the patient when he was transported to one of the new patient rooms.
Today, Aarhus University Hospital is spread at four different addresses. During the next few years Aarhus University Hospital will share the same address in the gigantic new facilities currently built around one of the existing addresses in Skejby, a suburb of Aarhus. According to the plan, all of the Aarhus University Hospital activities will be located in Skejby by 2019.
