In December 2014, Mette Krintel Petersen, senior researcher, was awarded with the research prize from the Research Council at AarhusUniversityHospital. The award was given for her scientific work, which substantially involves and improves multidisciplinary research.
In September 2014, Sussie Laustsen, senior researcher, was awarded for the best poster presentation at the 6th Joint Conference in Cardiothoracic Surgery with the title “Cardiac rehabilitation improves health-related quality of life”.
In May 2014, Anne Dorte Blankholm, PhD student was awarded with 1st Place Clinical Focus Poster Award for the poster named “Non-Contrast Enhanced CT in Living Kidney Donors”. The poster was presented at the SMRT 23rd Annual Meeting 2014 (SMRT: Section of Magnetic Resonance Technologists affiliated to ISMRM: International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine). She also received “Fellow of the section award for significant and substantial contributions to the mission of the SMRT”.
In April 2014, Bente Thoft Jensen, PhD was awarded for the best poster presentation at The 29th Annual European Association of Urologists Congress with the title “Efficacy of an exercise-based rehabilitation in radical cystectomy pathways: A randomised controlled trial”.
In August 2013, Marie Veje Knudsen, MSc in Nursing, was awarded for the best oral presentation at the 5th Joint Conference in Cardiothoracic Surgery with the title "Health-Related Quality of Life in patients undergoing surgical correction of pectus carinatum"
