Danish Center for Particle Therapy is currently under construction and is planned to open in October 2018.

Until the opening of the Danish proton therapy facility some Danish cancer patients may be referred to proton therapy abroad through their oncological department.

Currently, Danish Center for Particle Therapy hosts a large national research center carrying out research within biology, imaging and treatment delivery in order to prepare for treatment and selection of patients who will benefit from proton therapy. Read more about the research in DCPT.
