From CT, MR and PET scan we create anatomical models.
The anatomical models have multiple purposes:
- To give the surgeon a better understanding of very complex anatomies.
- It works as a visual aid when the surgeon explains the procedure to the patient.
- It provides the surgeons with a very tangible model from which they can plan a surgery, e.g. by drawing osteotomy lines directly on the 3D printed model.
