We run tests for primary and secondary immune deficiency conditions including auto inflammatory conditions using a broad repertory of specialized tests.

Functional analyses and phenotypic characterization of leucocytes (Lymphocyte subpopulations, Granulocyte oxidative burst, Granulocyte adhesion antigens, Lymphocyte proliferation, NK-cell degranulation, TLR-signalling of granulocytes). Analysis of complement activation.

Genetic analyses in connection with immune deficiency, HLH, periodic fever and auto immune and lympho-proliferative syndromes including exom sequencing.

Both our department and external collaborators carry out the tests. The laboratory tests are selected by the doctors of Blood Bank and Immunology. They are based on the reference information and journal records – if any - of the patient.
