Prednisolone treatment in acute interstitial nephritis
A multicentre randomised controlled open-label clinical trial to examine the effect and adverse effects of 8 weeks of tapered oral prednisolone for the treatment of biopsy verified acute interstitial nephritis. In addition the trial will evaluate the effects of prednisolone on a number of parameters and provide material for additional histological and biomarker analyses.
