We are proud to announce that Hanna Rahbek Mortensen will take on the role of Clinical Director, MD at the Danish Centre for Particle Therapy as of August 1st.
Hanna has been part of DCPT from the early beginnings in 2019 and brings deep knowledge of patient groups, staff relations, clinical practice and research – along with strong professional dedication.
A key focus in her new role will be ensuring that the right patients are offered proton therapy.
"I look forward to continuing the important, patient-centered work we do at DCPT – especially in making sure the right patients are offered proton therapy. This is a core task that requires strong clinical expertise, dedicated staff, and close collaboration – all of which are firmly rooted in the department.
As a leader, I wish to prioritise well-being, teamwork, and professional growth – with freedom under responsibility, and working together towards common goals in the everyday clinic and across the healthcare region and nationally," says Hanna.
Hanna’s first day in office as Clinical Director will be August 11th, where she will be part of the Department Management team with Clinical Director, RN Anja Duus Andresen, Clinical Director, Medical Physicist Ole Nørrevang, and Head of Research, professor Cai Grau.
