This study covers the total cohort of male patients diagnosed from 1980 till 2009 in Denmark, and will contain a comparison of survival in this cohort with the corresponding group of female breast cancer patients registered in the National Patient Register with data from the Danish Breast Cancer Cooperative Group’s (DBCG’s) database. Pathological re-classification of the available tumour tissue will be included in the comparisons.
