SENOMAC: Survival and axillary recurrence following sentinel node-positive breast cancer without complete axillary lymph node dissection - A multicentre study by Swedish and Danish centres
A randomized study of patients with up to two sentinel node macrometastases. Patients are randomized to either undergo axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) or not. In the Danish arm of the study, patients not having ALND are offered axillary radiotherapy. Coordination of the Danish part of the study is performed at AUH.
